I know John for some time now. Having gone through adversities in his own life, he has decided to help organizations manage employees with disabilities. I truly believe that Eagles Wings Consultancy is doing a great job in our society. Everyone needs to be cared for and helping organizations manage their disabled employees goes a long way. His disclosure form is a fabulous resource that allows people to disclose a disability to an employer at the interview stage. Using this form allows someone to confidently complete the interview and have the best chance of securing the role.
