As a disability Consultant, I have the knowledge and my lived experience as someone in the workplace with a disability.
My insight enables me to understand how organisations function and objectively observe the disability and inclusion culture of an organisation.
With my insight, I assess and assist in improving inclusion, and disability awareness, which increases staff loyalty and retention. Helping organisations increase diversity and embed best practices into the workforce. Enabling people with disabilities in being active members of the workforce and overcome barriers.

To help create this mindset training disability champions to be pillars of the organisation on which an inclusive culture will be built.
Working alongside companies existing processes, policies and procedures my aim is to increase awareness of hidden disabilities and how to incorporate best practices to support those affected by hidden disabilities.
